Cancelations

Once lessons are scheduled they can be changed or canceled with at least three hours notice. The instructor needs at least three hours notice to cancel a lesson in order to be eligible for a make up lesson. Without three hours notice there will be no make up lesson offered. If the swimmer wakes up sick, please call to cancel the lesson. If the swimmer is sick (coughing, sneezing, sniffling, etc.) then it is dangerous for them to swim and I will not have them get in the pool. Cancel the lesson if you think your child might be too sick.

Storms: Tucson storms are somewhat unpredictable. If it looks like it is going to storm at your house, please call to cancel, even if it is less than three hours before the lesson.

Once I arrive at your house, it will count toward your paid lessons even if we have to get out of the pool early for any reason.
